I’m Trina—a mom of two neurodivergent (and very different!) kids and a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. As my kids grew, the stress and constant vigilance left me exhausted and afraid I was failing them because I had nothing left to give.

That fear became my turning point. I learned what was actually draining my energy and how to protect it—so I could show up present, grounded, and connected again. It’s still messy, but now I have tools that work to keep me regulated and present.

Today, I help other moms release stress, rebuild their energy, and find their way out of survival mode and back to joy.
